■ニコニコ動画スクール（仮）

アフィリエイトのアイデアとしてニコニコ市場のランキングニュース「ニコランニュー（仮）」を以前考えたのだが、本体がやっているランキングを継続的に掲載したり関連する動画をワンクリックで見れるだけでは、やはり付加価値は低いだろうということで、新しいアイデアが浮かんだ。

名付けて、「ニコニコ動画スクール（仮）」。

ニコニコ動画ではクリエイター達が音楽、絵、２Ｄアニメーション、３Ｄアニメーションといった様々な動画がアップされているのだが、それらを見ていると「自分でもやってみたい」とか「どうやって創っているんだろう」といった気持ちが沸いてくる。

そういう気持ちに応える動画もあって、製作過程やツールの使い方、入手方法なんかもアップされている。

こういった動画用に「ニコニコ動画講座」というタグも用意されていて、そこから検索したり探してこれらの動画を見ることも出来るのだが、動画の数が多く最近ではなかなか直ぐに動画を見つけられない場合もある。

これらの動画を「お絵かき」「３Ｄ」「ボーかロイド」といったようなコンテンツの種類別、ツールの種類別など体系的に整理して、動画中で参照されるＵＲＬや紹介されたソフトウェアの名称、入手方法を文字情報として掲載し、「ニコニコ動画スクール（仮）」として、利便性の高い形でユーザーに提供し、また、それに関連するツールをアフィリエイトで紹介すると言う目論見だ。

たとえば、お絵かきの講座であれば、スキャナーとかペンタブレットとか、そこで使われたソフトウェアやその解説本なんて感じである。

お絵かきソフトの使い方みたいな動画をみていると、自分でも書いてみたｋなり、動画で紹介されているソフトウェアをダウンロードしてインストールしてとやった経験もあるのだが、要所要所で一時停止にして、ダウンロード先のＵＲＬをブラウザに打ち込んだりするのだが、やっぱり非常に手間がかかる。

ということで、ランキングの方はちょっとおいておいて、自分が欲しいサイトを作ってみようかと考えている。

■ウェブ・コンテンツ・クリエイター向けバーチャル・プロダクション構想（１）

１月１３日のブログで「ニコニコ動画はクリエイターの登竜門になる」ということを書いたのだが、ニコニコ動画を見ていてつくづく思うことは、投稿しているクリエイター達の才能をもっと多くの人に知ってもらいたいということである。

凄いなと感じる多くのコンテンツは、製作の熱意、執念、こだわりがビンビンと伝わってくる。

そういった作品は、数分間、長くても十分程度のコンテンツであっても、想像を絶する時間と手間を掛けていることが分かるる。

たぶん、好きだからこそ尋常でない気の遠くなるような作業も苦にならないのだろうが、それだけの時間をつぎ込むこと出来るということも、一つの立派な才能だと思う。

そう思う一方で、「これだけの時間というリソースを注ぎ込んでいる作者は、いったいどんな生活をしているのだろうか？」という疑念というか不安がある。

社会人の方がこつこつと創り込んだと思えるものもあるし、引きこもり、もしくはニートではないかと思える作品もある。

そんな人達になんらかの形でメリットを提供し、感動的なすばらしい作品を、もっともっと創ってもらえる環境を用意し、世の中に感動を伝え、クリエイター自身も成長する仕組みを構築できないであろうか？

１．面白い、凄い、感動できるコンテンツを発掘し、

２．そのコンテンツをより多くの人に認知してもらう活動（プロデュース）し、

３．コンテンツクリエイターの製作活動を支援する。

支援として考えられるのは、一番分かりやすい経済的支援、クリエイティブを学ぶための教育・育成支援、制作活動や経済活動を行う上でのわずらわしさを肩代わりして製作に集中することができるように環境支援などなど。

たぶん、私が感動した作品・コンテンツを製作した方であれば、趣味の範囲でもお小遣いぐらいのお金は稼げるようになるだろうし、それに打ち込むことができれば、セミプロや本当の意味でのプロとしてもやっていけると思う。

なぜならば、私はそれを見るためにお金を払っているから。

感動できるコンテンツがあれば、それを多くの人にプロデュースする仕組みがあれば、お金を集める方法は色々と考えることができるんじゃないか。

集めたお金で様々な支援ができるんじゃないか。

そんなことを考えています。

むしろ、このサイトと連携し、サイトの機能を拡張するサービスを実現したほうが、より現実的であると判断した。

たとえば、外国人向けにはなっていないので、外国人向けバージョンを構築するといった感じである。

とにかく、ここの運営者に直接会って是非とも話をきいてみたいという思いになった。

３．ＥＣサイトを運営しているお店があれば、それも貼り付ける。

４．ＥＣサイトがない店であれば、勝手に肩代わりをする。

想定されるメリットとしては、地理的、時間的制約等から秋葉原にいけない人に秋葉原にいった気分になってもらい、必要があれば、買い物もできる。

可能であれば英語、中国語でも紹介して外国人向けにも対応したい。

ストリートミュージシャンなんかも出没しているので、ライブな情報も写真、音、ビデオなども掲載してみたい。

ここまで、同じ事って誰でも考えるかなと・・・ググる。

このブログをはじめた趣旨はアフィリエイトでお小遣いを稼ぐということでは全くない。

読んだ本の紹介とともにアマゾンのアフィリエイトを使って購入できるようにしているが、これは「アフィリエイトの仕組みぐらい、知ってるぜ」とアピールしてる程度で、このブログで物を売ろうとは思っていない。

しかし、リアルとバーチャルの架け橋を標榜しようということであるから、リアルの稼ぎだけでなくネットで稼いだ実績も作っておいたほうがより説得力がでてくると考えた。

ただ、マーケティングを自分でやって売れ筋の商品を調べて、紹介文をつくってっていうのはいかにも大変。

それで、いろいろ思いつきで考えて浮かんだアイデアが「ニコ市ランニュー（仮）」である。

正式名称は「ニコニコ市場ランキングニュース（仮称）」である。

ニコニコ動画に、その動画に関連した物品をユーザーが勝手に貼り付ける事ができて、それを見たユーザーがそのリンクを通してアマゾンなどで物品を購入できる仕組みがあり、そのサービスをニコニコ市場と呼んでいる。

ニコニコ市場では売れた商品を総合やカテゴリ別にデイリー、ウィークリー、マンスリーでランキングしている。

このランキングを再加工して、なんらからの付加価値をつけて独自のアフィリエイトサイトとして運用してみようという試み。

正確なユーザー数は分からないですが、何百万もいるユーザがいて実際に購入者がいるサイトでのランキングですから、マーケティングをしなくても、売れ筋の商品が把握できるという目論見。

で、「なんらかの付加価値って何よ」ということになるのだが、思いつきベースでは次のとおり。

①カテゴリ別のランキングの推移を追うことによって、なんか見えてくるんじゃないかな？

現在のランキングは前の集計期間からのランキングのアップ、ダウンを矢印で表記しているだけで、推移は見えない。

この推移を見ること、見せることによってなんか見えてくるような予感。

②関連動画への最短リンクって便利じゃない？

ランキングで掲載された商品をクリックすると、その商品のページに飛んで、どの動画でその商品がリンクされたが分かるようになっているんだけど、商品と並べて動画を確認したいって、私個人は思うのです。

主なものはこの2点だけで、これならすぐ（仮）バージョンを作ることができそうだなとおもう。

ニュースを動画化してニコニコにアップロードするってのもありかもしれないけど、かなり手間がかかって大変そう。なのでとりあえずアイデアのみ。

そう簡単に物は売れないと思うけど、まぁ、失敗からも何かが学べるもの。

今週末にでもブログベースで（仮）バージョンを作ってみようと思います。
