■ネット住民のネット住民によるネット住民のための国家の建国（６）

国家の三要素、「領域」、「人民」、「権力」。

「領域」を、個々のサービスという枠組みから、「インターネットそのもの」という枠組みに切り替えてみる。

そうすると、人民＝ネット住民の定義も大きく変わる。

「特定ののサービスを常に使っているヘビーユーザー」的な意味から、「インターネット上に住んでいる人」という定義になる。

「インターネット上に住んでいる」というのは実際どんなイメージか？

自分の意識がある時間＝起きている間は常にインターネットに接続し、生活に必要な行為は、基本的にインターネット上で済ませてしまうといった感じかな。

果たしてそんな人は存在するであろうか？

「生活に必要な行為」の定義をもう少し具体的にする必要があると思う。

生活というと「衣食住」の確保、維持といったイメージになってしまうので、すこし言葉遊びになってしまうが、「生きるための活動」という定義でどうだろうか。

生きるための活動とはどんなものか？

「生きるために」、「稼ぐ」、「学ぶ」、「調べる」、「探す」、「楽しむ」、「教える」、「発表する」、「創る」、「考える」・・・

あらゆる行動は、「生きるために」に結びつくかもしれない。

そうだとすると、四六時中インターネットをつかってこれらの行動を行っている人って、結構いるような気がする。

そして「権力」。合法的に暴力的の行使を認める仕組み。

合法的ということは、秩序を維持するために必要だから合法だということだが、インターネット上の暴力とは？

リアル社会では、悪いことをした人は、刑務所に入れられ、束縛を受ける。より悪質の場合は命を奪われる。

あるいは、外部からの侵略に対して、「戦争」という行為で実力を行使する。

ネット国家では、生きるためのインターネット上での活動に対して制限を加えたり、インターネットそのものに対しての接続を禁止するといった感じだろう。

はたして個人に対してそうった強行措置を図ることができるだろうか？

リアル側からであれあば物理的な制約を加えてインターネットに接続できなくすることは可能であろう。

ただそれは、ネット国家側ではなくリアル側で定義した法律などの手段を用いることになる。

国家としての権力ということであれば、インターネット側から個人を特定して締め出すという行為ができる必要がある。

たぶん、できない。

やはり、インターネット全体を国家として定義するのはできないという結論。

もう少し領域の定義を特定しなければ難しいようだ。

ということで、今回は、ネット上にネット住民のための生活の場を構築して、国家建国を企てるという妄想は、妄想に終わった。

まぁ、ブレーンストーミングなので、結論を出す必要はないし、違う考えやアイデア、アプローチを持つ人もいるだろう。

そもそも、はじめから国境といった物理的な場所や時間を超越しているのがインターネットの特徴である。

わざわざ境界線を引いて領域を確保するという考え方自体が矛盾している。

なぜ、矛盾し行為を行ったかというと、オンラインゲームをやったり、セカンドライフの未来を考えたりしていて、「インターネット上に理想郷を建国できて、そこの権力を握れたら面白そう」と思ったから。

しかし、インターネットの可能性を「国」という旧態的概念で語るのは、やっぱり違うなというのが現在の感想であった。

ということで、1月も終わりです。

熱しやすく冷めやすい三日坊主の自分が、駄文で独りよがりの文章ですが、1ヶ月間毎日更新できたのは、我ながらよくやったと思います。

并且「权力」。合法地认可暴力的使用的结构。

合法的，据说为了维持秩序必要合法,不过，所谓互联网上的暴力？

在现实社会，做了坏事的人，被监狱接受，受到束缚。更质量坏的情况被夺去生命。

或是，对来自外部的侵略，由于「战争」的行为行使实力。

是所说的对在网络国家，有效为了的互联网上的活动加上限制，禁止对互联网本身的连接的感觉吧。

能安排到底对个人so打了的强制措施吗？

加上即使是从现实方面aba物理的规定互联网不能连接的事可能。

只是那个，采用不是网络国家方面在现实方面定义了的法律等的手段的。

さて、「国」、「国家」とは何ぞや？

この問題がかなり昔から論じられてきているようで、Wikipediaでもかなりのボリュームの内容が書かれている。

法学上の次の３つの要素をもつものと定義されている（以下Wikipediaより引用）

【国家の三要素】

• 領域（Staatsgebiet：領土、領水、領空）- 一定に区画されている。
• 人民（Staatsvolk：国民、住民）- 恒久的に属し、一時の好悪で脱したり復したりはしない。
• 権力（Staatsgewalt）ないし主権- 正統な物理的実力のことである。この実力は、対外的・対内的に排他的に行使できなければ、つまり、主権的で（souverän）なければならない。

ネット住人のための国家はありえるだろうか？

現在のネット住民は、ネット上特定のサービスに対して住民となっているといえるだろう。

その前提でいうと、領域は特定のサービス内ということになる。

人民の定義は現状は難しいだろう。インターネット自体が普及から時間がたったといえまだ10年少々といったところで、コミュニティーを形成し、住人が発生しているサービス事態は多くはないといえるし、どのくらいの期間をもって、恒久的というのかも難しい。

オンラインゲームや、２ｃｈでもコアな住民の存在はみとめられるが、次々に新しいサービスが開発・提供されているインターネットの世界では、住民も移り気だったり、いくつかのコミュニティを掛け持ちしてりう場合もあるだろう。

権力とは、ようは合法的に物理的実力行使＝暴力が認められるという解釈でいいのだけれども、そもそも「物理的実力」という定義自体がインターネットにマッチしない。

無理やりこの三要素を当てはめることにより、ネット上に国家つくるとしたらどんな具合になるか。

次回はそれを考えてみたい。

まず、経済活動によるお金の流れ方を考えるとつぎの４つの形態が考えられる。

1. リアル世界からネット住民へ
2. ネット住民からネット住民へ
3. ネット住民からリアル世界へ
4. リアル世界からリアル世界へ

現状一番大きいのは、「1.リアル世界からネット住民へ」だろう。

アマゾンやグーグルが行っているアフィリエイトがその典型となるとおもう。ただし、アフィリエイトを実現する場合は、自らがブログやホームページを運営し、なんらかの情報発信を自発的に行う必要がある。

つまり単なるユーザーではなく運営の立場で活動しなければ収入を得ることは難しい。

課題として、ネット住民としてよりユーザーに近い立場での活動において、リアル世界から収入を得るための方策を模索していく必要があるだろう。

「2.ネット住民からネット住民へ」は、どうゆうものが考えられるだろうか。

たとえば、セカンドライフ内での仮想通貨や、オンラインゲームにおける、ＲＭＴ（リアル・マネー・トレード）や、を利用したお金の流れが考えられる。

モラルや法的な問題が多くあるが、ネット住民同士であれば、対価を支払う対象に対しての価値をより見出すことができるという予測はつく。

よって、将来このお金の流れが非常に大きくなっていくのではないだろうか。

また、この流れを安全、確実に行う仕組みをうまく構築し、低コストで維持運営できれば、ネット住民から手数料という形で税収をあげられると考えられる。

ネットベンチャーで一発当てようという人は、チャレンジしてみる価値があると思うし、現に多くの試行錯誤がなされていると思う。

「3.ネット住民からリアル世界へ」というのはどんなものがあるだろうか。

いわゆるネットショッピングが一番想像しやすい形かもしれない。

この流れで収入を得るためには、比較的大きな資本が必要になるような気がする。

もし、ネット上に国を創ったと仮定して、これらのお金の流れを国の活動としてとらえた場合は、

ただ、ネット上に複数の国があるとするならば、ネット国家間の貿易活動というのもありえるかもしれない。

と、色々と妄想して面白い点もあるのだが、そもそも「国」とか「国家」ってなに？という疑問もある。

これは、少々厄介な疑問である。

・他燃性タイプは、自らは燃えないが、周りに燃えている人がいると自分も燃えてくる人

当然、京セラでは自らが渦の中心となって燃え上がって周りにも火をつけていく人間になれといわれた。

他燃性タイプは考え方を変えることによって自燃性タイプとなることができる。

不燃性タイプはだめだ。足を引っ張るからそんな奴はいらない。

自分がどのタイプかというと、たぶん自燃性タイプだ。ただし、熱しやすく冷めやすいのが玉に瑕だが。

冷えた時は、そのカテゴリにおいて他燃性の状態になっているのかもしれない。

ネット住民での各タイプはどんなユーザーか？

自燃性タイプは、たとえばニコニコ動画にどんどん作品をアップしていたり、２ｃｈでコテハンでがんがん書き込みしたり、オンラインゲームで率先してチームをつくって、イベントを企画したりとカリスマ性を発起しているユーザーだろう。

不燃性タイプは、ＲＯＭ専門のユーザーだろう。ただし、仕事の世界とちがって、不燃性のタイプは完全なる不燃性ではありえない。なぜならば、インターネットの世界では興味の在る情報をある程度は能動的に探さないと見つけることができないからだ。

自燃性タイプの刺激を受けて自らも燃える。時にはその火が他のユーザーに飛びして、気がつくと自分が中心になって燃えてたりする。

ユーザー同士の相乗効果で思わぬ方向へ展開する場合が出て来るんだと思う。

たとえば、「電車男」なんかはその代表的な現象といえるだろう。

おそらく、自燃性タイプや他燃性タイプのネット住民は、リアル世界でも通用する話題の中心になる可能性を秘めている。

なぜ、私は、他燃性タイプが３つのタイプの中で一番面白い可能性を秘めているというのか？

自燃性タイプの人は、はじめから自分を意識し、自分の可能性をある程度理解して行動していけるタイプだと思う。

だから、ほっといてもネットの世界だけでなく、リアル世界でも充分に生きていける力を持っている（たぶん）。

一方、他燃性タイプは、まずその数が自燃性タイプより圧倒的に多い事が容易に想像ができる。

ただ、何かのきっかけがないと、ネット内においてもアクションを自らは起こさないという点で、積極性に掛ける。

リアル世界よりも居心地がいい場所としてネットの住民になっている可能性もある（たぶん）。

住民として、きっかけがあればアクションを起こし、その才能によっては、時には自燃性タイプよりも見事な、あるいは、過激なアクションを起こしたりもする。

数が多い分、様々な才能があると思うし、志向があると思う。

そういった才能や志向の力をうまく集めることがでできれば、きっとリアル世界に対してもなんらかの影響を（もちろん良い影響を）あたえられるのではないだろうか。

ネットを通して、ネット住民の権利や可能性をより広げることができるようになるのではないだろうか。

インターネットで提供されているサービスはいろいろとあるが、私が一番興味を抱き可能性を感じられるのはコミュニティーを形成を伴うサービスだ。

そのサービスのユーザー同士間で情報の交流がリアル世界での交流と同じかそれ以上の密度で行われるサービスである。

そういったサービスには「住民」とか「廃人」といった呼ばれ方をするコアなユーザーが必ずいて、ネットの向こうにあたかも住んでいるがごとくそのサービスを利用し且つ情報を発信しつづけている場合が多い。

具体的なサービスでいうと、YahooやGoogleといった検索サービスではなく、e-Bayや楽天といったＥＣサイトやオークションサイトでもない。

ネット住民がいる代表的な場所といえば、オンラインゲーム上であり、２ｃｈなどの掲示板サービスであり、そしてニコニコ動画だ。

Youtubeなどの単なる動画配信サイトにもヘビーなユーザーはいると思うが、ちょっと違う感じがするし、MixiなどのブログやＳＮＳサービスもなにか違うと感じる。

YoutubeやＭｉｘｉにもコメントやタグといった情報の受けて側からの情報発信の手段は用意されているのだが、たぶん、情報の提供者側のからの情報量が圧倒的に多く、コミュニケーションをとったりコミュニティを形成する上ではバランスがとれいなくて、違和感を感じるのだと思う。

コミュニケーションのきっかけをつるくユーザー自身もそのサービスの利用者＝住人であり、コミュニケーションのきっかけをつくったというだけで、発言力は他のユーザーとたいして違わないといった特性を持つサービスに可能性を感じるのだと思う。

また、最初は発言力に違いがないユーザー同士であっても、そのサービスに対する情報発信力（情報の質や量）によって、リーダー的な存在が現れ、ごく自然にコミュニティーを形成していくといったプロセスをふみサービスがより面白い物になっていくといった特徴も合わせて持っている。

そして、リーダーや参加者の熱意によってコミュニティーが活性化されたり衰退したり、時には新たなコミュニティーを生み出すといった動きをする。

私がニコニコ動画を最初に見たのは２００７年２月か３月でまだβのころだったと思う。

初めて見たときから非常に興味を惹かれたサービスで、「これぞＷＥＢ２．０を体言したサービスだ！」と興奮しながら思った。そして、その興奮は時間を経るとともに確信に変わっていく。

■本場となった秋葉原

昨日行ってきたトークセッションでは、いくつか感慨深いテーマが話題となったのだが、その一つが「アキバは本場になったんだ」といお話。

話のきっかけは、今のアキバには大量の外国人観光客がきている。どのくらい大量かというと彼らをアキバにつれてくる観光バスが多く過ぎて地域住民から苦情が絶えないぐらいきているという。

彼らにもタイプがあり、主に買い物目当てで来る方（東アジア系の方が多いらしい）と、アニメやオタクスポットとしてのアキバみてみたいという方（ヨーロッパ系が多いらしい）。

多くの免税店が昔からあるアキバなので前者については当然といえば当然なのだか、後者は確かに増えているが日本のアニメ、美少女好きが集まるお店では、ほとんど姿をみないのは何故か？という話になった。

この問いに、デジハリの杉山学長が、「地域の人や、普通にアキバに来ている人達は気づいていないかもしれないけど、アキバは世界中のアニメファンやオタクにとっての本場になったんだよ。」と応えた。

「ん？」って感じだったが次のたとえ話で、「なるほどねぇ～」と思った。

「昔は日本でもどこでも、たとえば油絵を本当に習いたい人といえば、その本場であるパリに行った。ギターをちょっとかじった若者でブルースのことをもっと知りたい、極めたいとおもう人はアメリカのシカゴとかを目指した。行ってみればその専門のお店なんかがあって、中に入れば自分の望んでいるものがそのにあるのは分かってる。でも、外国から着たばかりの素人同然の自分にとっては、やっぱり敷居が高い。だから中々お店に入ることができないんだよ。」

確かに、確かにである。

つまり、グローバルの目線では、アニメや美少女は芸術や学術と同じように文化と成立している点、その評価は日本国内よりも、むしろ海外の方が高いという点をあらためて確認した思いだ。

日本古来の文化を知りたいということで京都へ出向くのと同じように、日本の新しい文化に触れるために、望んで本場であるアキバへ出向くということだ。

パネリストや司会の方々はそんなアキバのいろんな意味での魅力を理解している人達だった。

うまく言葉では表すことはできないが、私自身もその文化の魅力を理解できる一人であり続けたいと願う。

■「アキバが地球を飲み込む日」出版記念トークセッションにいってきた。

1月11日のブログで紹介した「アキバが地球を飲み込む日」の出版記念トークセッションが秋葉原はデジタルハリウッド大学のキャンパスであるというので、見に行ってきた。

パネラーはデジハリ大学の杉山学長、千代田区議会議員の小林孝也氏、テレビ東京のテレビチャンピオンで秋葉原チャンプになった寺尾幸紘氏、これに司会進行役としてアキバ経済新聞編集長の柳原秀哉氏で行われた。

実は家の近くで開催されるから帰りに寄ってみようという程度で、パネラーの面子から内容的にはあまり期待していなかった。

ＩＴ業界にいたので杉山学長のことは知っていたが、ネットバブルのころに露出するようになった方だったので、胡散臭いイメージがあったし、なんで、議員さんが参加してくるのかも良く理解できなかったし、寺山氏については「だれそれ？」というレベルというのが正直なところ。

しかし、実際はかなり面白かった。先日のひろゆき氏がパネリストを務めたセミナーよりも格段に中身が濃かったといっていいかもしれない。

やはり、秋葉原はディープな街で、ディープな人達が先頭を走っている。侮れない街だ。

杉山学長についても、小林議員についても先のネガティブな感じでなく、「さすが分かって、いらっしゃる」というポジティブなイメージへ。

一番よかったのは、寺尾さんを知ったこと。若いんですが、自分と同じ波長を感じることができたし、話も面白い。

ちょっとした興奮状態で、アキバオフィスにもどってから同居人のＭ氏とトークセッションの登場人物の話や秋葉原の動向、コンテンツに関して話が盛り上がってしまい、遅い時間になったのでトークセッションの内容についてはまたの機会にしたい。

寺尾さん、今度事務所に遊びにいっていいですか？

第一世代として、もっと話が聞きたいです。

还是，秋叶原在深的街，深的人们在前头跑着。是不能轻视的街。

关于杉山校长也，关于小林议员也不是前头否定的感觉，所说的「到底是明白，在的」积极的印象。

最好的，知道了寺尾先生的事。年轻,不过，能觉得与自己同样的波长，话也有趣。

以一点兴奋状态，返回秋叶原办公室之后有关同居人的M先生和讲话session的登场人物的话和秋叶原的动向，内容话热烈了，因为想到了晚的时间关于讲话session的内容要另机会。

■ウェブ・コンテンツ・クリエイター向けバーチャル・プロダクション構想（１）

１月１３日のブログで「ニコニコ動画はクリエイターの登竜門になる」ということを書いたのだが、ニコニコ動画を見ていてつくづく思うことは、投稿しているクリエイター達の才能をもっと多くの人に知ってもらいたいということである。

凄いなと感じる多くのコンテンツは、製作の熱意、執念、こだわりがビンビンと伝わってくる。

そういった作品は、数分間、長くても十分程度のコンテンツであっても、想像を絶する時間と手間を掛けていることが分かるる。

たぶん、好きだからこそ尋常でない気の遠くなるような作業も苦にならないのだろうが、それだけの時間をつぎ込むこと出来るということも、一つの立派な才能だと思う。

そう思う一方で、「これだけの時間というリソースを注ぎ込んでいる作者は、いったいどんな生活をしているのだろうか？」という疑念というか不安がある。

社会人の方がこつこつと創り込んだと思えるものもあるし、引きこもり、もしくはニートではないかと思える作品もある。

そんな人達になんらかの形でメリットを提供し、感動的なすばらしい作品を、もっともっと創ってもらえる環境を用意し、世の中に感動を伝え、クリエイター自身も成長する仕組みを構築できないであろうか？

１．面白い、凄い、感動できるコンテンツを発掘し、

２．そのコンテンツをより多くの人に認知してもらう活動（プロデュース）し、

３．コンテンツクリエイターの製作活動を支援する。

支援として考えられるのは、一番分かりやすい経済的支援、クリエイティブを学ぶための教育・育成支援、制作活動や経済活動を行う上でのわずらわしさを肩代わりして製作に集中することができるように環境支援などなど。

たぶん、私が感動した作品・コンテンツを製作した方であれば、趣味の範囲でもお小遣いぐらいのお金は稼げるようになるだろうし、それに打ち込むことができれば、セミプロや本当の意味でのプロとしてもやっていけると思う。

なぜならば、私はそれを見るためにお金を払っているから。

感動できるコンテンツがあれば、それを多くの人にプロデュースする仕組みがあれば、お金を集める方法は色々と考えることができるんじゃないか。

集めたお金で様々な支援ができるんじゃないか。

そんなことを考えています。

■スキメシ

先日の特別セミナーに来場者の何人かと名刺交換をした。

その中のお一人でDream　Gateなどでも活躍されているコンサルティング会社社長のＩさんよりメールをいただきました。

また一人仲間を得られた気分で喜びながら、新しい事にチャレンジしようと準備中とのお返事を書いたところ、

「スキメシ（スキなことでメシを食う）を貫くのは大変ですが大切だと思います。良いスタートができるといいですね。」という励ましのお言葉をいただきました。

スキメシ、好飯、SUKIMESHI・・・

なんか、語感がよくて気に入っちゃいました。

想えば今まで自分が面白いと思う仕事でしか飯を食ってこなかったといっても過言ではないかもしれない。

社会に出て、何度かの転職を重ねながら四半世紀以上経つのだが、運よくどなたかに雇用されたり、スポンサーになって頂いたりしながら、面白い仕事をやってこれたということは、非常に恵まれていると思うし、自分は非常にラッキーだと思う。

詳細はボチボチとプロフィールにアップしていこうと考えているが、そんな幸運に感謝しなければと思う。

そんなメールを頂いた日に梅田望夫氏のブログで「情報量が仕事量を規定　そんな時代の生存術とは」というテーマでの投稿があった。

私なりに理解した概要は以下の通りで、

「情報量が仕事量を規定Ｉ」するというのは、ＩＴ化、グローバル化が進み24時間365日世の中が動き続けている現代では、たとえ寝ている間にもネットの向こう側で、処理すべき情報がどんどん生成され、その処理に追われるうちにどんどん時間が過ぎてしまう様を表している。

当然のように長時間労働を強いられることになり、「尋常でない体力の持ち主だけがサバイバルできる」、「これだけ長い時間を働くようになると、嫌いなことをやらされているのでは、もう身体を壊すだろうね。」といった話題が大企業に勤める友人たちとの酒の場で出るようになってきているという。

福田氏自身も最近は非常にというか超多忙になってきており、日本への出張となると好きな仕事をしていても身体に変調きたしてくるといい、ましては嫌々やらされている仕事だったらどうなるのか・・・「情報量が仕事量を規定する」中で身を守る仕事術を工夫していかなければならない。

といった提言をされている。

うーん。思うに私は堪え性が無く、ある意味普通の人よりもストレス耐性が弱いのだろう。

たとえスキルとして実行可能な仕事であっても面白くなければストレスとなり一時的には出来ても継続することができない。

結果として、「情報量が仕事量を規定する」ずっと以前の時代から、ストレスから身を守る仕事術として、面白い仕事、好きと思える仕事を無意識に選択して来たのかもしれない。

かっこよく「面白い仕事で飯を食ってきた」と書いたが、面白いと思える仕事をやってきたというよりも、面白いと思える仕事しかできないで生きてきたといってもいいかもしれない。。。

なんだか、当初コラム的書こうとしていた趣旨から大分はずれてしまい、書いているうちに自分発見になってしまった。

これからの時代は、普通の人でも「尋常でない体力」を身につけるか、「好き」を仕事にしないとサバイバルできないとするのであれば、今までの自然体で「好き」を仕事にしてきた段階をより進化させる必要があるのだろう。

それが何なのかは、まだ分からない。

「好き」の定義、判断基準を明確にし、大いなる意思をもって選択することかもしれない。

それは、自分の志だったり、世の中の役に立つだったりするするのかもしれない。

■今週読んだ本　「日本進化論　二〇二〇年に向けて」　出井伸之著

元ＳＯＮＹの社長兼グループＣＥＯ、現クオンタムリープ株式会社代表取締役の出井伸之氏が、ＳＯＮＹという一流のグローバル企業のＣＥＯとしてやってきた経験とＣＥＯ退任後に世界を自らの足で見てきた経験を元に、今後10年は大きく世の中が激変していく点を指摘しながら、これを好機として経済的にも世相的にも停滞感の漂う日本の再生に向けての提言を書いた本であり、「がんばれ日本！自信を取り戻せ日本！やればできる子日本！」といった内容である。

本書は、ビジョンを示し、具体論を展開するといった、正にグローバル企業の経営者の視点で書かれている点で理解しやすく読んでいて希望が沸いてくるので、是非、本書を手にとって読んでみていただきたい。

そんな中でも、この2020年までの約10年間は世界的にもあらゆる事柄が変化していくという点は、ウェブ進化論の梅田望夫氏と同じなのだが、あのグーグルでさえも今のポジションを保てるとは限らないと指摘している点は非常に新鮮だし、エキサイトである。

驚異的なハードウェアの技術革新・進歩により、新しい手法のより競争力のある検索エンジンやその利用方法が開発されあのグーグルの存在を脅かす可能性があるということなのだが、これはグーグルが短期間で巨大企業になったのと同様以上に、向こう10年間はさらにチャンスが有るということで理解したい。

また、これからは「Ｖ」と「Ｒ」が補完しあう社会になっていくという点は、当ブログの趣旨と正に合致している意見で非常に嬉しく、勇気付けられる意見である。

ここでいう「Ｖ」はＩＴや金融資本主義といったバーチャルな価値を示し、「Ｒ」は「モノづくり」などに代表される、産業資本主義に基づくリアルな実経済としています。

最終章にて出井氏は日本は「共創資本主義」を確立することにより、世界の規範になれるし、なるべきだと提言しています。

「共創」とは、「共に価値を創りだす」ということで、今まで協力関係を築いてきた欧米諸国だけでなく、インドや中国やイスラム諸国といった文化、価値観がまったく異なる国々と協力し、問題点を解決していく姿勢をとっていくべきだとしています。

私自身は、国家間の「共創」というよりも、「Ｖ」と「Ｒ」の「共創」という視点で何をやるべきかという点を考えて行きたいと思う。

■生ひろゆきを見てきた

1月6日にこのブログに書いた、ひろゆき氏がパネルストで出演する特別セミナーに行ってきた。

東京コンテンツプロディーサーズ・ラボというコンテンツプロディーサー育成学校の主催で学生集めのためのセミナーで、プレス関係者なんかも来ていた。

主催者の東京コンテンツプロディーサーズ・ラボというのは、代々木アニメスクールみたいな専門学校かと思っていたら、会社員や起業家向けのビジネススクールだということが、主催者代表の冒頭の挨拶でわかった。

しかも、今春開校する予定でその第1期生の募集ということだった。

なんか、面白そう。ひろゆきの講演がおわったら帰るつもりだったが、学校説明も聞いて帰ってきた。

今は、結果として受講してみたいと考えているが、その目的と、セミナー申し込み時に事前に受けていた「効き脳」の診断結果については後日このブログのネタとしたいと思う。

それで、ひろゆき氏のセミナーだが、主催者側の方1名とのトークというか、インタビュー形式でで行われた。

話題はやはりニコニコ動画なのだが、主催者側の方は50代の男性で、たぶんコンテンツ業界でそれなりの実績がある方だとお見受けしたのだが、はたして、ひろゆき氏をどこまで理解して特別講師として招いたのかはかなり疑問が残るトークだった。

主催者側はコンテンツプロデューサ育成を目的にしているので、たぶん、ひろゆき氏をその代表としてその体験談、成功の秘訣なんかをしゃべらせたかったのだろうが、投げかける質問がちょっとずれていて、ひろゆき氏もかなり首をひねりながら対応していたのが印象的だった。

私がおもうに、ひろゆき氏はコンテンツプロディーサーというよりは、ネットカルチャープロデューサーと呼んだ方がいいと思う。

代表者の冒頭の挨拶を聞きながら違和感があったのだが、これを書きながらその理由が分かった気がする。

それは、自分が目指している方向、指向、目的は、はじめからプロフェッショナルとして、或いは、ビジネスとして成功しようということではないということだ。

もちろん、飯は食っていかなければならないのであるが、飯を食うことが目的ではない。

たぶん、ひろゆき氏も飯を食うことを目的として２ｃｈやニコニコ動画をはじめたわけではないのは確かなことだろう。

そんなひろゆき氏にコンテンツビジネスの視点でギラギラした質問をしてもやや的外れになってしまうことは仕方がないことかもしれない。

そんなトークの中でも「おっ」と思える話もいくつか聴くことができた。

主催者側の「なぜ、こういったサービスを考え付くことができるのか」といった趣旨の質問に対して、

「自分は同じ年代の人の中で、たぶん一番多く（時間的にも量的にも）のゲームをやったり映画を見たり読書をしていると思う。だから面白いコンテンツ多く知っている。あまり面白いコンテンツのことを知らない一般の人との間には情報量的にギャップがあり、みんなが知らないおもしろいコンテンツをこんなのもあるよ的にやって見せると、みんなが面白いと感じるといったとことではないか。まぁ、みんなが知っているものを、そのまま使っちゃうとパクリになっちゃいますけどね。」

よく量は質に転移するとか、人間は体験していないことは想像できないといったよく聞く言葉の真理を語っていると感じた。

あと最後のところで「今後プロデューサーを目指す方に一言」的な質問に対して、

「まぁ、口がうまければ生き残れるじゃないすかｗ」

・・・まぁ、ある意味真理かな。もっと口をうまく使えるようにしなければと思った。

話し方教室にでも通うべきかな。

４．ＥＣサイトがない店であれば、勝手に肩代わりをする。

想定されるメリットとしては、地理的、時間的制約等から秋葉原にいけない人に秋葉原にいった気分になってもらい、必要があれば、買い物もできる。

可能であれば英語、中国語でも紹介して外国人向けにも対応したい。

ストリートミュージシャンなんかも出没しているので、ライブな情報も写真、音、ビデオなども掲載してみたい。

昨日セミナーに参加して、「やっぱりアフィリエイトサイトの一つぐらいは、経験として運営してみた方がいいのかなぁ」という思いがしてきた。

このブログをはじめた趣旨はアフィリエイトでお小遣いを稼ぐということでは全くない。

読んだ本の紹介とともにアマゾンのアフィリエイトを使って購入できるようにしているが、これは「アフィリエイトの仕組みぐらい、知ってるぜ」とアピールしてる程度で、このブログで物を売ろうとは思っていない。

しかし、リアルとバーチャルの架け橋を標榜しようということであるから、リアルの稼ぎだけでなくネットで稼いだ実績も作っておいたほうがより説得力がでてくると考えた。

ただ、マーケティングを自分でやって売れ筋の商品を調べて、紹介文をつくってっていうのはいかにも大変。

それで、いろいろ思いつきで考えて浮かんだアイデアが「ニコ市ランニュー（仮）」である。

正式名称は「ニコニコ市場ランキングニュース（仮称）」である。

ニコニコ動画に、その動画に関連した物品をユーザーが勝手に貼り付ける事ができて、それを見たユーザーがそのリンクを通してアマゾンなどで物品を購入できる仕組みがあり、そのサービスをニコニコ市場と呼んでいる。

ニコニコ市場では売れた商品を総合やカテゴリ別にデイリー、ウィークリー、マンスリーでランキングしている。

このランキングを再加工して、なんらからの付加価値をつけて独自のアフィリエイトサイトとして運用してみようという試み。

正確なユーザー数は分からないですが、何百万もいるユーザがいて実際に購入者がいるサイトでのランキングですから、マーケティングをしなくても、売れ筋の商品が把握できるという目論見。

で、「なんらかの付加価値って何よ」ということになるのだが、思いつきベースでは次のとおり。

①カテゴリ別のランキングの推移を追うことによって、なんか見えてくるんじゃないかな？

現在のランキングは前の集計期間からのランキングのアップ、ダウンを矢印で表記しているだけで、推移は見えない。

この推移を見ること、見せることによってなんか見えてくるような予感。

②関連動画への最短リンクって便利じゃない？

ランキングで掲載された商品をクリックすると、その商品のページに飛んで、どの動画でその商品がリンクされたが分かるようになっているんだけど、商品と並べて動画を確認したいって、私個人は思うのです。

主なものはこの2点だけで、これならすぐ（仮）バージョンを作ることができそうだなとおもう。

ニュースを動画化してニコニコにアップロードするってのもありかもしれないけど、かなり手間がかかって大変そう。なのでとりあえずアイデアのみ。

そう簡単に物は売れないと思うけど、まぁ、失敗からも何かが学べるもの。

今週末にでもブログベースで（仮）バージョンを作ってみようと思います。

可是，认为是说打算标榜现实和虚拟的架上桥，不仅仅是现实的挣钱通过网络挣了的实际成果也预先制作了更劝导力出来。

只是，自己搞营销调查畅销货的商品，制作介绍文说的的确确非常。

因此，这个那个地由于一时想起考虑浮现了的想法是「niko市栏新(临时)」。

正式名称「笑嘻嘻地是市场排列次序新闻(暂称)」。

■セミナーに参加してきました。

私が購読しているメールマガジンの一つ「エンジニアがビジネス書を斬る！」、のまるるちゃんこと、丸山純考さんのセミナーに参加してきました。

テーマは「その日から実行できる３つの秘密」で、簡単にいうと丸山さんがサラリーマンから独立起業し、継続できているノウハウを伝授しましょうという趣旨のセミナーです。

丸山さんのより中身を濃いものにというお考えから有料・少人数で行われたセミナーで、冒頭は参加メンバーの自己紹介から始まりました。

自己紹介といってもなんの準備もしていないくて、かなりあせりました。

他の参加者の方たちは非常にしっかりとご自分の紹介とあわせて参加された理由などを述べておられました。

また、質疑応答も含めて各自が問題意識をもたれていて、このセミナーで一つでも多くの事を学ぼうとされている事が良く分かりました。

丸山さん自身は非常にフレンドリーなイメージの方で、本人が言われるほどメルマガのイメージとはかけ離れてはいませんでしたが、参加者の質問に対して言いよどむこともなく、自分のスタイルで応えられていたのが非常にうらやましく感じられました。

今回のセミナー参加は、自分に対する刺激が欲しいということが一番でしたが、丸山さんの話だけでなく、参加者の姿勢からも刺激を受けたことは、想定外でしたね。

当たり前ですが、みなさん、ほんとうに真剣なんですね。

丸山さんの発言で印象深かったのは、人脈をどうやって作るかという質問に対して、「人脈を意図的に作ろうとはしていない。まず、相手にとって自分が価値のある人間になる事。それによって自然に人脈ができる。」という発言でした。

果たして私は誰かにとって価値のある人間であるか？思わずそう自問してしまいました。

半年後、私が目指している領域で、少しでも私が誰かにとって価値のある人間になることができるように情報収集、情報発信、プレイヤーとしての経験積み増し続けたいと思います。

Each one including the question and answer understands, and moreover, the awareness of the issues is lean, and has been understood well by trying the learning of a lot of as much as one things in this seminar.

I felt not hesitating to say the participant's question, and the answer by my style envy it very much though there was no Mr./Ms. Maruyama when far apart from the image of the e-mail magazine for the person in question to be mentioned in a very friendly image.

From not only Mr./Ms. Maruyama's story but also participant's posture to outside assumption receiving stimulation though it was the best to want stimulation to me this seminar participation

It is really ..everybody.. serious though is natural.

To the question how the impression depth in Mr./Ms. Maruyama's remark establishes networks｢It doesn't try to establish networks intentionally. First of all, thing that I become man to be worthy for other partyAs a result, networks are naturally made. ｣It was a remark.

Am I really man to be worthy for someone?It has instinctively asked oneself so.

I want to keep ..experience.. piling up and increasing as an information gathering, an information sending, and a player so that I after half a year it may become man to be worthy for someone me even a little in the aimed area.

■ニコニコ動画はクリエイターの登竜門になる

梅田望夫氏は「ウェブ時代をゆく」の中で、オープンソースが生んだ新しい「雇用のかたち」として、経済的なメリットが全くないといっていい「オープンソース・プロジェクト」に参加したプログラマーが、企業に雇用されるケースが増えてきている点に触れて、オープンソース・プロジェクトがその道でよりよい条件で飯を食べていくための登竜門として機能し始めていると述べている。

ニコニコ動画を見ていると、同様のことが今後ビデオクリエイター、アニメクリエイター、音楽クリエイター、あるいは様々なエンターテイメントや専門の分野で発生・拡大していくことが考えられるし、趣味でアップロードしたコンテンツが絶大な支持を受けて、驚異的な再生回数を生み、運営側が「着うた」のコンテンツとして売り出しビジネス化し経済的な恩恵をうけたり、一部のマニアックなファンしかいかなった芸能人が同サイトに投稿されたことをきっかけに、全国区の芸能人になったりとその傾向が現れ始めてきてる。

ニコニコ動画では、動画にタグとよばれる分類をユーザー自由につけることができるが、その中で「才能の無駄遣い」とされているものには、プロでも通用しそうなコンテンツが溢れている。

中にはたぶんプロの方が趣味で創ったコンテンツもありそうですが、経済的な見返りを超えてクリエイターが創りたいものを創って公開しているという点で評価できる。

背景には今までプロの現場でしか使えなかったような機材が、技術の発展にともなうコモディティー化により、非常に安価に（場合によってはオープンソースの用に無料で）入手可能になり、また、それを使いこなせるリテラシーをもった若い世代の人達が出てきている点、Youtubeやニコニコ動画のようにそれを発表する場が登場してきた点、さらに、そこの投稿されたコンテンツを見ることによって、創造的好奇心が刺激され自らが行動を起こすきっかけになっている点の相乗効果があると考える。

ニコニコ動画を見ている限り、「日本もまだまだ捨てたものではないな」とつくづく思う。

私個人としては、こういったクリエイターの人達に直接会って話を聞いてみたいという欲求が日に日に高まっているし、もっと、新しい形でクリエイターの人達とリアル世界のビジネスをうまく橋渡しをしたいとう希望がある。

今後、その可能性について、考えを進めて行きたい。

■オンラインゲーム　進化の可能性（１）

私がオンラインゲームに携わるようになったのは4年ぐらい前からで、自分が楽しむためではなくて仕事としてオンラインゲームにかかわる様になった。

コンピューターゲーム自体は嫌いではないが、社会人になってからクリアしたゲームと言えば、初代ファミコン用のドラゴンクエストぐらいで、オンラインゲームに触れるまでは、それ程興味のある領域ではなかった。

オンラインゲームの最大の特徴は、ネット上に構築された世界（たとえば中世ヨーロッパのハリーポッター的な世界だったり、麻雀卓だったり、トランプのカードテーブルだったり）に、リアルタイムに複数のプレーヤーが接続して、ゲームをプレイする点にある。

リアルな人間がある時は敵対し、ある時は協調し、コミュニケーションを交わし、場合によってはコミュニティーを形成したりしながらプレイする点が、徹底的な違いといえます。

また、通常一人でプレイするゲームでは、ゲームをクリアすることが目的ですが、MMORPGと言われるゲームでは、運営側が用意した様々なクエストと呼ばれる課題があり、それをクリアすることが楽しみのひとつではあるけれども、最終的な目標というものは用意されておらず、そえぞれのプレーヤーが独自に遊び方を見つけたり、目標を設定して楽しむという点も特徴のひとつだとおもいます。

たとえば、とにかくレベルを上げて強くなる事を目指したり、レアアイテムの収集だったり、嗜好性を同じにするコミュニティーへの参加だったりします。

オンラインゲームについては、今後いろんな意味でこのブログの題材として取り上げていくことになるとおもいますが、仮想空間上とはいえ、リアルの人間がそこに集う事により、リアル社会と同等の社会的活動が行われるという点と、参加している人間自体は、様々な意味でリアル社会の制約を越えた活動も可能になるという点で、多様な可能性をもっているという点について、意見を述べて生きたいと考えています。

また、リアルの人間が参加するという点で、その影響はリアル世界にも現れるようになっていて、将来的にはネット世界とリアル世界が相互に影響しながら、進化しつづけていきその境界も曖昧になっていくと考えています。

ゲームとはいえないですが、たとえば、今では当たり前になった株式のオンライントレードも、運営会社が用意した仮想の株式市場に、リアル社会から多くの人間が参加して、株式売買というゲームを行っているとう見方をすれば、ある意味オンラインゲームと同じといってよいのではないでしょうか。

その影響がさらに個別の株価、日経平均株価といったリアル社会の指標にも影響を与えているということでしょう。

そういった、リアル世界と連動したり、相互に影響したりするオンラインゲームの進化系というものを、具体化していきたいという欲望が私の中にあります。

■今週読んだ本　「アキバが地球を飲み込む日」

私の場合、昼食時間を読書の時間に当てています。

ビジネス書的には、「食事はできるだけ「会食」の形で人と一緒に取るようにして、情報交換と人脈の開拓などに当てるべし」なんでしょうが、いつも何らかトラブル対応をしている内勤の人事屋兼情報システム屋だと時間の調整が難しい・・・

というのは、まぁ、言い訳で人とアポイントを取るのが億劫というところが正直なところです。

ただ、一人で飯を取るだけというのはもったいので、昼飯時は読書の時間としています。

ジャンル的にはＩＴ関係、ビジネス書、脳関係、生物関係といった内容が多いですが、小説なんかもよく読んでいます。

飯を食べながら読むので行儀が悪いですが、ある程度のペースで本を読もうとおもうと、昼飯時を有効に使うのがちょうどいいといった感じです。

今週読んだ本は、ちょうど秋葉原の近くに越してきたところで、本屋で表題の「アキバ」が目に飛び込んできたので買ってみたものです。

内容的には既知の情報が多い感じでしたが、最後に掲載されている杉山知之氏（デジタルハリウッド大学学長）と本書の著者であるアキバ経済新聞の編集長　柳原秀哉氏の対談は「うんうん、そうだそうだ」といった感じで読むことができた。

対談の前の章までは、変わり行く秋葉原のトピックを同新聞社の記者が足で集めた情報を基に紹介しているのだが、付録的に最後につけられた対談で、時代が変わっても秋葉原の本質は変わっておらず、だからこそ多くの人達に指示し続けられ、多くの人を惹きつけつづけられる街として進化しているという点が述べられており、秋葉原好きの私としても大いに同意するものであります。

また、「アキバ経済新聞」というメディアの存在を知ったことは、本書からの収穫といっていいかもしれません。

今後、要チェックですね。

本星期读了的本「秋叶原咽下地球的日」

■ニコニコ動画がＮＨＫになる日

昨年ネット界を超えて一大ブームを巻き起こし、今も現在進行形で拡大中のニコニコ動画。

その凄さ、面白さは、色々なところに掲載されているので、ここでは省きます。

私自身もβ時代からのユーザで、「ニコ厨（ニコニコ動画中毒とでも訳すのか）」の部類に入るかもしれない＾＾；

仕事の合間に一服つけている時に、ふと、「ニコニコ動画は将来どんな風に進化していくんだろう」と考えました。

現在は、ユーザーが既存のコンテンツをパロディ風に加工したＭＡＤと呼ばれるコンテンツが多く、そのほとんどが数分間の動画がほとんどだが、高品質な動画も多くて、感動したり、驚いたり、考えさせられたり、思わず噴出したりするものなど多彩で、かつ、とりあつかわれる分野も非常に幅広いがあり、見ていて本当に飽きない。

また、見たいものを見たいときに見れる、しかも、コメントを表示すればＴＶをお茶の間で見ながら、その内容に家族で突っ込みをいれているような、そんな空気も味わえる。

これはＣＳやケーブルテレビよりも遥かに進んだ究極のオンデマンド放送ではないでしょうか？

ユーザー数や投稿される動画数が急激に増加している状況に対応するため、次々と設備投資を進めなければならないようで、まだ、採算ラインには届いていないようですが、

１）もしも、採算ラインにのって資金や設備面で余裕がでてきて、

２）さらに、ユーザー数も日本総世帯数の何十パーセントに増えて、

３）現在のテレビや、ＣＳで流されているようなプロが作ったコンテンツの使用権購入して、

４）ＩＤやパスワードを入力しなくても、動画が見れるようになったら。

この究極のメディアは、完全に今のテレビを越えるのではないかと。

現在、プレミアム会員という形で、数百円をはらうと、一般より高品質な回線で、高品質な画像の動画を楽しむことができます。

面白い動画や、興味のある動画が、見たい時にいつでも、高品質な動画でみれて、世の中の反応もリアルタイムで把握することができるとなれば、多くの人が喜んでお金を支払うのではないだろうか。

少なくともＮＨＫに強制的に払わされるよりは、納得感を得られるのではないかと私は思います。

現状はアダルトや暴力的なコンテンツも投稿されている状況（運営は不適当なコンテンツは積極的に削除しています）ですが、ユーザー数が増えれば増えるほど、公共性も求められ運営サイドもそれに応じて、より多くの人がニコニコできるよになり、最終的にはネットならではの即時性なんかも活かして、現在ＮＨＫが果たしている役割を担っていくじゃないかと、大きな妄想と小さい期待をこめて進化の見続けていきたいと思います。

本日は仕事始め。

仕事納めまでは会社までドアツードアで15分の個人オフィス兼住居（マンスリー　レンタルオフィス）から通っていたのですが、新しいことにチャレンジするためにも、環境を変えようと思い至り、年末に引越したばかりで新拠点からの初出勤となりました。

新拠点から会社まで約30分。今までの倍の時間がかかるし、朝は駅が凄く混んでいましたが今までより確実に歩くようになるので健康のためにはいいと思います。

なにより新拠点は、秋葉原まで徒歩10分。アキバ系情報収集にはもってこいだし、将来的に「はけもの道」を歩いている人や歩こうとしている人達のたまり場みたいにできたらなと考えています。

リアルの現職は、マザーズ上場会社で人事部長兼情報システム部長をやっています（昨年11月までは総務部長も兼務していました＾＾；）。

会社の主業務はリアル社会のインフラ構築といったところで、急激に成長中で凄く活気がある会社で日々変化を感じられる職場環境です。

とわいえ、さすがに9連休明けでしたので、午前中はペースを掴むのにちょっと時間がかかりました。

連休ボケというよりも、この連休中は引越し、生活環境の整備、ホームページ、ブログサイトの構築、ブログネタの検討と、「もうひとつの地球」の仕事に、どっぷりと浸っていたので、頭の切り替えに時間がかかったといったところですね。

ちょっと、疲れました＾＾；

本当は、準備中になっているプロフィールの着手、今後のアクションの整理をブログに掲載しようと思っていましたが、今日は早めてに休みたいと思います。

即使公司的主业务称为了现实社会的基础设施构筑，也是在急剧地增长中特别有活力的公司能感到每天变化的工作岗位环境。

wa家，到底是因为是9连休黎明，上午抓住步调稍微花费了时间。

刚刚说了因为与其说连休痴呆不如说，这个连休中搬迁，完全地沉浸在生活环境的整备，主页，博客网站的构筑，博客材料的讨论和，「再一个地球」的工作里，在头的转换里(上)花费了时间。

この正月休み中にネットサーフィンをしていたら、2chの管理人にしてニコニコ動画の運営会社ニワンゴの取締役管理人である、ひろゆきこと西村博之氏がパネリストとして出席する特別セミナーがあるというのを見つけて、開催日が土曜日ということもあり申し込んでみた。

単純に生ひろゆきを見てみたいという事と、志向性を同じくする仲間に出会えるチャンスかもしれないという目論見です。

で、会場でそんな人に出会ったら、名刺ぐらい配っておいたほうがいいかなということもあり、インターネットで名刺を注文しようと早速ググると・・・

当然広告を払っている名刺屋さんが上位に表示されんですが、その中から「ネットで簡単名刺作成」という言葉につられて、クリック。

そうすると、名刺のデザインが表示された画面があらわれるんですが、「無料お試し名刺」という文字が・・・

で、迷わずクリック。

そうすると、小洒落デザインの選択画面とともに、会社名や名前、住所といった名刺に必要な要素を入力する画面とその結果がリアルタイムで反映される名刺編集画面へ。

なかなかよく出来て、入力した文字が名刺のイメージに反映されてなかなか楽しい＾＾

空白をうまく使えば、文字の位置なんかも調整できて、まぁまぁ、納得のいく感じに編集できる。

で、次のステップに進むと枚数の確認。250毎まで無料で、「今なら、250枚枚追加するととてもお得です」といった内容。

まぁ、そんなにいらないので、とりあえずスルーして次へ進むと・・・

このアイデアにまたまた、感心。感心しながら次のステップへ進むと、こんどは選択したデザインにマッチした付箋とＡ４レターヘッドのお勧め画面が。名刺で入力した情報が一部反映されていて、商品のイメージを喚起していて、さらに名刺と同じ用に編集できて、編集すると「購入する」のチェックボックスに自動的にチェックがつきます＾＾

すごく欲しくなったが、グッと堪えてチェックを外して次へ進むと・・・

今度は、オプション品の特売案内。小洒落た名刺入れとか、宛名書き用のスタンプとか。

■今年の目標

今勤めている会社は、1月7日が仕事始め。９連休ですが残りもあと２日間となりました。

松の内に今年の目標を宣言しておきたいとおもいます。

１月１日にも書きましたが、今年は新しい事にチャレンジする年にします。

人生の中でも大きなターニングポイントにできるようにしたいなと考えています。

そして、大きく６月までの前半戦と、１２月までの後半戦に分けて計画していて、前半戦では新しい事をするための準備期間、ネタを仕込む期間、後半戦は実践に移す期間と位置づけています。

「前半戦の目標」

１）ブログの設置

とりあえず設置は完了しましたが、まだ、ほとんどデフォルト状態ですね。

設置の目的は、日々の活動の記録とアイデアの蓄積、検討、整理ですので、デザイン性はあまり気にする必要はないかな？。

２）ホームページの設置

こちらも、設置はしましたが、まだ、経歴の部分が完成していません。この休み中に仕上げようとおもっていますが、結構時間がかかりそうです。

設置の目的は、「富山シンジって何者？」という方に、名刺代わりというか履歴書がわりに準備するものです。

企業のホームページの「会社概要」に相当するものになるかな？

「経歴」の部分自分の経歴をふりかえることによって、自分のこれまでの人生のたな卸しをしていく場とも考えています。

会社概要の「沿革」にあたる部分になりますね。

３）「中長期人生計画」の作成

今は漠然と「こんな風に生きて生きたいなぁ」と頭の中にあるんですが、これからの３年から１０年間、どんな風にいきていきたいかをまとめたいと考えています。

「後半戦の目標」

１）出版物としての執筆活動の開始

自分がこうなって欲しいと考えている「もうひとつの地球」と「リアル社会」の未来像を、「論文形式」と「フィクション形式」で書いて出版したいなと考えています。実際の出版は来年を目標としています。

２）ビデオ配信の開始

「もうひとつの地球」と「リアル社会」の今を、分かりやすい形でビデオ配信していきたいなと考えています。

ニュース形式みたいな感じになるかな。

「通年の目標」

１）ブログの毎日更新

かなり喫そうですが、がんばります。

２）仲間を５００人を集める。

ネット上でも、リアルな活動上でも、私の活動に興味を示してもらえる、あるいは、前向きな批判をしてくれる、仲間を５００人集めたいと考えています。

仲間と認定する定義は、「ブログにトラックバックした人」、「ブログにコメントした人」、「メールアドレスの交換をしたひと」とします。

とまぁ、こんなところですかね。

あと、できればいいなぁと思うのが２年過ごした上海に行くこと。

上海時代は、フリーランスとして仕事をしていたので金銭的には厳しかったけど、自分のペースで仕事ができていてかなり理想に近い感じだったかな。

上海の街が持つ活気も、ワクワクするものがあって本当に面白かったですね。

あと、上海時代に購読するようになったメールマガジン「上海IT管理者のひとり言」の著者の方がブログをはじめられたのでコメントしたら、メールをいただきました。ちょっと、うれしかったです＾＾

上海に進出する予定のある、或いは進出している日本企業のＩＴ担当者の方にはお勧めのメールマガジンですよ。

■今年的目标

现在工作的公司，是1月7日开始工作。是9连休残余也成为了还有2天。

我想松之内预先宣言今年的目标。

1月1日也写了,不过，今年要挑战新的事的年。

人生的考虑使想尤其大的转折点出现。

为了做与并且，很大地到6月为止的前半部分战，到12月为止的后半战分开计划着，在前半部分战中新的事的准备期间，赋予地位着教育材料的期间，后半战实践转移的期间。

「前半部分战的目标」

1)博客的设置

首先设置完成了,不过，还，几乎是默认状态。

因为设置的目的，是每天的活动的记录和想法的积蓄，讨论，处理，设计性不需要过分介意吗？。

2)主页的设置

这边，设置也做了,不过，还，经历的部分没完成。想这个休息中打算做完,不过，相当快要花费时间了。

设置的目的，是「富山真嗣什么人？在」的，是不是说名片替代履历书比较准备。

成为企业的主页的「公司概要」相当于的东西吗？

根据回顾「经历」的部分自己的经历的事，做自己的到现在为止的人生的ta的批发的场一起考虑。

3)「中长期人生计划」的作成

现在模糊在头中「想生活于这样的风里活啊」,不过，想从今后的3年开始10年，归结想生活于怎样的风里。

认为想认为自己希望变成这样的「再一个地球」以「论文形式」和「杜撰形式」写「现实社会」的未来像，出版。实际的出版把明年作为目标。

认为想「再一个地球」以易懂的形式录像送信「现实社会」的现在。

变成新闻形式那样的感觉吗。

相当吃那样,不过，努力。

集聚2)朋友500人。

想网络上，也现实的活动上，也聚集500人能请对我的活动表现，或是兴趣，做积极的批判，朋友。

与朋友认定的定义，作为「博客Trackback了的人」，「对博客进行评论的人」，「做了邮件地址的交换的人」。

是maa，这样的地方。

以后，去想能好就行了啊2年过了的上海的事。

上海时代，因为作为无所属做着工作金钱性严厉,不过，以自己的步调能着工作是相当靠近理想的感觉吗。

上海的街有的活力，也有欢心雀跃的东西真的有趣。

以后，因为变得上海时代订阅的邮件杂志「上海IT管理者的一个人言」的著者被以博客为首如果进行评论，领受了邮件。喂，高兴^^

■今年は「萌え」な年？

1月も4日になると、一般社会は活動をはじめます。

証券市場では大発会が行われ、今年は8年ぶりに終値が下げたとのこと。

さて、有名企業では社長が念頭の挨拶を行い、これが翌日の日経新聞などに掲載されることになるのだが、昨今は自社のホームページを使ってその内容を掲載する企業も増えてきていますね。

そんな中、関心したのが北尾さん（SBIホールディングス株式会社　代表取締役執行役員CEO北尾 吉孝氏）です。

毎年、自分が何らかの形でかかわった企業の社長さんの念頭挨拶をインターネットでチェックしていて、中でも北尾さんのところは、ＳＢＩチャンネルという動画配信のページを持っていて、いつもビデオ配信しているので楽しみにしています。

（北尾さんと私はソフトバンク同期入社だったりします＾＾　1995年の5月で同じ月に入社したと記憶しています。）

通常の企業だと早くても翌日あたりに配信するのが普通だろうと思うのだが、北尾さんのところは本日の夕方には既に配信を開始していました。

インターネットの本家、ソフトバンクの場合は大体文章で孫さんの念頭の挨拶が掲載されるのですが、これを書いている時点（1月4日21時）では、まだ、掲載されていないようです。

担当者の編集作業なんかを考えると翌日配信でも、十分大変だとおもうのですが、当日中に配信するというのはインターネットを本気で活用しようとしているってことだし、社員向けの挨拶でもあるから、一刻でも早く、自分の肉声で今年のテーマを伝えたいということが、伝わってきますね。

今年も例年どおり「干支」に基づいて、世の中の動向について語り、それに対応すべく会社がどうしているかということを分かり易く且つ力強く話をされていました。

それで、今年は「戊子」の年で、「戊（つちのえ）」という字は「茂」につながり、矛盾の「矛」の象形でもあり、植物でいえば盛んに茂っている状況とそれを剪定してすっきりさせるという２つの意味をもっているとのことです。

また、「子（ね）」は完了するなどの物事の終わりを表す「了」と物事の始まりを表す「一」をあわせた字で、物事は終わらなければ次の事が始まらないといった意味をもっていて、あわせて「孳」と言う字につながり、増えるという意味も含まれているとのことです。

ここまで聞いて、新しいことにチャレンジしようと考えてる私にとって、「今年こそ行動を起こす年だ！」と勝手に納得していたのですが、さらにこれに続けて「子」には、この「孳」いう字に「萌」をつづけて「孳萌」という言葉があり、増えて芽生えるといった意味も込められており、陰極まって陽に転機し、物事が動き始めるいるとの解説をされていました。

ここまで聞いて「納得」が「確信」へとかわり、勝手に勇気付けられました。

一方で私のチャレンジには「萌え要素」は非常に重要だと考えていて、以下の結論に達したのでした＾＾

「子」＝「孳萌」＝「萌え」が「増える」年だ！　　←　結論

仕事でメールをつかったり、ホームページを検索したりといった使い方は今ではかなり広まってきている。しかし、「もうひとつの地球」で重要なのは、そこで「経済的」「知的」「創造的」な「生産活動」が活発に行われているという点で、「生産活動」の結果が現実世界と相互に影響しあいだしている事に、もっと多くの人達に気がついてもらいたし、活用してもらいたいと希望している。

今はまだ、「もうひとつの地球」と「多くの人達」の間にはボーダーラインがあって、それを越えることは難しいとか、できないとか、分からないとかいったところだと思う。

幸か不幸か（もちろん幸なのだが）、私にはそのボーダーラインを行ったり来たりする能力や経験がある（たぶん）。

「もうひとつの地球」が大好きだし、現実世界もそこそこ経験してきた（たぶん）。

そこで、ボーダーラインを自由に越えることができる「風」となって、より多くの人に「もうひとつの地球」をつかって現実世界での生活を楽しんでもらいたいと考えるようになったわけです。

やっと、「風」がでてきましたね＾＾；

で、何かいい単語がないかとエキサイトの辞書をつかって風のつく単語を調べて「风流」としました。

なぜ、中国語かって？世界の5人にひとりは中国語を理解できるから。それから、2004年から2005年の2年間、上海で暮らしていた経験もあるから。

このブログをはじめた理由は新しいライフスタイルにチャレンジするため。

といっても、現在はその準備中で、自分の考えをこのブログに記載しながら、まとめようという段階。

だから、「新しいライフスタイルって何？」って聞かれても自分でも消化不良で一言であらわせない。

たぶん、自分は学生時代からの趣味や技術屋としての社会人生活を通して、インターネットを代表とするデジタルでサイバーな世界の動きを一般の人よりもより深く感じ、理解することができる。

また、その可能性について一般の人よりもリアルに期待している。

梅田望夫氏はその著書の中で、この現在進行形で進化し拡大し続けているサイバーの世界を「もうひとつの地球」と呼称している。

一方で私は、やや後付の感もあるが「面白い事をやりたい」という理由で、いくつかの上場企業やベンチャーを渡り歩き、技術屋としてだけでなく、新規事業の立ち上げや運営をやったり、時には雇われ社長をやったり、経営企画室長とか総務人事部長をやってきたし、今もやっている。

いくつかの企業では株式上場を目指していて、２つの企業については上場に立ち会うことができた。

株式上場を目指す中で一般のサラリーマンでは経験できないような世の中の仕組みや、良くも悪くも凄い人たちを目の当たりにしながら、いろいろと考え行動してきた。

私の今までの社会人経験につては別の機会に譲る書くとして、ここでいいたい事は、私個人としては、社会人としてリアルな生活も「もうひつの地球」も、同じ地球上で起こっている出来事だと感じていて、そこに境目は感じていない。

しかし、一般の人達（たとえば家族や会社の同僚）は、多分、そうとは考えていないと思われる。

开始了这个博客的理由是为了挑战新的生活方式。

说，现在也是说那个准备中，这个博客一边记载自己的考虑，一边打算归结的阶段。

因此，「新的生活方式什么？」被听见自己消化不良用一句话也不能表示。

大概，自己能比通过作为从学生时代开始的爱好和搞技术的社会一员生活，把互联网作为代表的数字普通的人更深地感到网络的世界的运动，理解都。

同时，关于那个可能性比普通的人都现实期待着。

梅田望夫先生在那个著作中，称做这个现在进行态进化持续扩大的Cyber的世界「再一个地球」。

一方我，也有稍稍后边付的感觉由于「想做有趣的事」的理由，只是走遍几个上市公司和风险企业，不作为搞技术的，搞新规章事业的启动和营运，搞时候被雇的社长，干经营规划室长啦总务人事部长，现在也搞着。

能在几个企业以股票上场为目标，关于2个企业上场遇见。

在以股票上场作为目标中普通的上班族把不能象经验一样的世间的结构，竟敢坏也厉害的人们做为眼前一边，这个那个地考虑一边行动了。

我的到现在的社会一员经验引线另外的机会让出的作为写，想这里可以的事，作为我个人，作为社会一员现实的生活「已经干tsu的地球」，感到是在同样的地球上发生的事情，在那里分界线也没觉得。

可是，普通的人们(譬如家族和公司的同事)，大量，一般认为那样没考虑。

To challenge a new lifestyle, the reason to start this blog :.

However, when being preparing it, it is the stage of bringing it together while describing my
idea to this blog now.

Therefore, even if "What is a new lifestyle?" is asked, even I cannot show by dyspepsia in a
single phrase.

Maybe, I feel the movement of the cyber world deeper more than general people through the hobby from the school days and the member of society life as a technological shop by digital that makes the Internet a representative, and understand.

Moreover, the possibility is expected than a general person in the round.

Nozoot Umeda evolves by this present progressive in the book and is naming the world of cyber that keeps expanding "Another earth".

I am wandering in some listed companies and ventures by the reason "I want to do an interesting thing", and doing on the other hand start up a new business, manage, be employed at times, do the president, and come, and now only as no technological shop the director of Personnel Department of management planning department general manager or administration though am also some feelings.

It was able to attend listing by aiming at the listing of stock in some enterprises about
two enterprises.

It thinks variously while witnessing a mechanism of the world that general businessman cannot experience while aiming at the listing of stock and for better or worse terrible people and it has acted.

It is assumed that it is written that it transfers it to my current member of society experience at another chance, and I do not feel the verge there as for the thing that wants to be mentioned here because it feels that real life and "Earth of the box already" are events as the member of society that have happened on the same earth as a private individual.

However, general people (for instance, colleague in the family and the company) seem not
to think perhaps with so.

無事、新しい年を無事迎えることができました。

今年は新しい事にチャレンジする年と位置づけていて、
